Job description

Our Apprentice programmes will be the first step on your career path to becoming a Housing Management professional. You will be at the heart of public/social housing working within our local estates and communities. It could be housing management, community development, repairs and maintenance or developing and planning for building new homes.

Responsibilities

• The successful applicant will also be required to provide a confidential, effective, and efficient administration service to all tenants, residents and customers and provide assistance to all colleagues, as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 5 GCSE’s (including Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent).
• Must be committed to enrolling on and completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Housing Practice through North West Regional College (NWRC). Further information regarding the apprenticeship can be found via the following link:

• A current driving licence or access to transport that enables you to meet the requirements of the job within a reasonable timeframe, is essential.
