Project Finance Officer The Project Finance Officer is responsible for establishing financial reporting systems, managing project budgets, and preparing regular financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Programme Manager and delivery partners, the role involves submitting funding claims, preparing cash flow forecasts, reconciling accounts, and monitoring project income and expenditure. The postholder supports the achievement of funder milestones, assists with project evaluation, and maintains strong relationships with funding bodies and external accountants.

- They are expected to manage their workload proactively and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement within the project.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE’s (including English & Maths) & a relevant third Level qualifications & 2 years experience in community/economic development
- Or 4 years experience in community/economic development

Location: Rural Derry City & Strabane District Council Area Salary: £35,235 per annum pro-rata
