Responsibilities
- The Administrative Officer provides essential clerical and administrative support to RAPID projects, including managing correspondence, handling enquiries, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating bookings and meetings.
- The postholder also manages participant registrations, responds to online queries, and assists with compiling information required by funders.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE’s (including English & Maths) and a relevant third Level qualifications & 2 years' experience.
- Or 4 years relevant experience.
