Job description

The Administrative Officer provides essential clerical and administrative support to RAPID projects, including managing correspondence, handling enquiries, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating bookings and meetings. The role involves creating databases, supporting event planning and evaluation, and promoting RAPID’s work through social media, press releases, and visual content.

Responsibilities

  • The Administrative Officer provides essential clerical and administrative support to RAPID projects, including managing correspondence, handling enquiries, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating bookings and meetings.
  • The postholder also manages participant registrations, responds to online queries, and assists with compiling information required by funders.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSE’s (including English & Maths) and a relevant third Level qualifications & 2 years' experience.
  • Or 4 years relevant experience.
