Our client is currently seeking experienced Knife Skilled Operators to join their team based in Loughgall.

Responsibilities

• Trimming, boning, deboning.
• Cutting standard or premium cuts of meat.
• To maintain a clean and tidy area.
• Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience in using knives.
• Previous slaughter house experience.
