Data Quality Assistant
Job description
We are recruiting for a Data Quality Assistant. The post holder will be a part of the Data Teams in Digital Health and Care NI (DHCNI). The post holder will assist with research, compile reports, draft tables, forms and collate information to help inform the data quality process.
Responsibilities
- To ensure confidentiality and security of data in accordance with organisational requirements, and in line with the Data Protection Act.
- Liaise with Trusts for the validation of data quality issues and if necessary communicate prepared action plans to address any inadequacies.
- Assist in data quality audits covering a range of information systems.
- Communicate outcomes and recommendations for change from data quality audits with relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Five GCSE’s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A - C) Or equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy Or Higher Qualification.
- OR 18 Months relevant experience.
- OR 1 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office or similar.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Business Objects or data reporting tool.
