In your role as a sales executive, you will be in charge of growing our clientele, overseeing alliances, and advertising our boba goods both online and off. For someone who enjoys food and drink and does well in a fast-paced, people-oriented setting, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Find and seize new business prospects, such as catering, corporate orders, and event partnerships. Create and preserve connections with partners and customers. Create and put into action sales plans to meet monthly goals.
• Utilise email, social media, and local outreach to advertise our items. Work with the team to plan marketing campaigns and promotions. Compile consumer opinions and report industry developments.
• On occasion, help in-store to comprehend consumer and product behaviour

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience of at least one year (F&B preferable).
• Capable of both working individually and collaboratively.
• Good negotiating and communication abilities.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of CRM or sales monitoring software Experience working in the café, or hospitality industries.
• Experience in B2B sales, community service, or event planning.
• Awareness of regional F&B market trends and current relationships or connections in nearby business communities.
• Having a basic understanding of social media marketing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in content generation, such as capturing images and videos for social media.
