Location: Based in Limavady, Northern Ireland. Travel: Occasional travel to England required. Are you a driven and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our well established construction company is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and co-ordinate day to day activities across our projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Co ordinate with site managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Assist in procurement and resource allocation planning.
• Provide leadership to on site and office based teams.
• Monitor progress and report directly to senior management.
• Travel to England on an occasional basis as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in a similar operations role within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills

• Any relevant H&S certifications are a bonus (e.g. SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS/CCNSG).
