Quality & Governance Support Officer
Job description
Provide administrative support to the Cellular Pathology Quality & Governance Team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for discipline meetings and events chaired by the Governance Team Senior Managers.
- Develop and maintain satisfactory electronic and hard copy filing systems and extract information as necessary.
- Develop, maintain and monitor efficient and effective administrative systems to support development of the Cellular Pathology governance support functions.
- Participation in audits.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.
- Knowledge of a range of administrative procedures.
- Level 5 or higher grade qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role.
- OR 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C /9-4 including English or English Language (excluding English Literature) and Maths or equivalent / higher qualification AND 2 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role.
Desirable Skills
- 1 year's experience in a quality/governance role.
