NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. Due to expansion of service, we are now recruiting staff for morning and afternoon rotas in Ballymoney.  Morning rota begins at 07:00 - 14:30, afternoon from 15:00 - 18:30 and evening rotas 19:00 - 23:00. Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate Running 4/3 rotas both full time and part time available Experienced care company with over 50 years in healthcare Recommend a Friend incentive - any of our staff who recommend someone who comes to work for NWCare will receive a £250 voucher (no limit to number) We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
• Be well organised/professional/caring.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
• Care about the community they live in.

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
• Previous paid caring experience.
