Till Assistant
Job description
The Till Assistant will primarily work for the Centre Manager. General duties include providing assistance and support to both customers and colleagues, ensuring great service is delivered and the centre’s high standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Operate our EPOS till system & process customer transactions.
- Providing exceptional service to customers in the centre.
- Help to keep the shop clean & tidy.
- Help price stock within the till dept.
- Perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from time-to-time.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience using an EPOS system.
- Previous experience of working within a similar retail environment.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must possess initiative to work on your own.
- Can demonstrate great communication skills.
- Must be flexible and available to work Thursday, Friday & a weekend day.
