HR Advisor - Case and Attendance Management
Job description
The post-holder will assist the Senior HR Advisors and Attendance Officers, in the delivery of a comprehensive service which will support the Directorates in achieving their HR objectives. Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to Attendance Officers on cases, including assisting with more complex cases as and when required.
- Under the guidance of the Senior HR Advisor, assist in the development and delivery of training initiatives, specifically relating to the management of attendance.
- To contribute to the maintenance and development of workforce information systems in order that critical information is available at any time.
- Ensure accurate records (both manual and computerised) / case files are kept on all sickness activity within the Directorate.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 4 years’ experience in HR, one of which should be at Band 4 level, or above.
- OR Degree or recognised professional qualification or Higher qualification in a Human Resources related field.
Desirable Skills
- CIPD Qualification.
