Community Equipment Officer
Job description

Responsibilities
- Employees of the Trust will be required to promote and support the mission and vision of the service for which they are responsible.
- Respond to all queries in a professional manner.
- To assist in the processing of requests for transfer of equipment within client homes, to an alternative location/facility.
- To action requests for Hospital Discharge within agreed timeframe and highlight to Office Manager any difficulties which may arise in progression of same.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- To be available, as required, at weekends and out of hours to respond to emergency situations and to spot check the service.
- 5 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) or equivalent to include English Language plus 6 months’ office experience of operating computers and data inputting.
- OR GCSE English Language (Grade A-C) plus two years’ office experience of operating computers and data inputting.
