Job description

A Higher Clerical Officer is required for an immediate start to work within the Radiology department in the Mid-Ulster Hospital, Magherafelt. Main point of contact for enquiries from within and outside the department.

Responsibilities

• Making appointments and controlling the appointment system.
• Daily checks that the radiology department recommends are acted upon.
• Main point of contact for enquiries from within and outside the department.
• Dealing with patient related enquiries and complaints.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent (A-C) including English and Maths.
• Minimum of 6 months administration experience.
• Computer literacy.
