We are currently seeking to recruit individuals who are passionate about bar-tending. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a newcomer to the world of bar-tending, we at Galgorm Collection believe in upskilling our team, from training with industry professionals to touring local distilleries, there is always the opportunity to progress your skills and knowledge. Responsibilities

• Welcoming all guests to the bar in a friendly, polite manner.
• With training, have full and complete knowledge of all beverage and wine menus enabling you to assist with any guest queries.
• Mixing and serving up all hot and cold beverages in the restaurant dispense bar during service ensuring all beverages are delivered on time.
• Using the bar till systems to place orders and process customer payments correctly.
• Ensuring all areas of the bar is clean, tidy and fully stocked throughout your shift.
• Carrying out daily duties as allocated by the Bar Manager including changing kegs and maintaining drink stores.
• Observe all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.
• Attend any training that has been set up to aid your personal development including cocktail, wine, and coffee training.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Knowledge about bartending.
• Have previous experience working behind a bar.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns and be available to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
• Have strong communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Previous cocktail making experience.
• Barista experience.
