Silver Cloud Care NI is recruiting Care Assistants for our client in Ballyclare. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, caring, compassionate with a desire to care and support vulnerable adults in their own home. This role involves personal care, assisting with daily activities, supporting independence, and promoting dignity and respect. Immediate interviews available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards.
• Meal preparation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working as a care assistant.
• Driver with access to own transport.

Further Information

You will be required to undergo an enhanced Access NI enhanced check. Be registered with NISCC (or willing to register). Complete all mandatory training. We offer flexible working hours and a great rate of pay. Sorry, but we do not currently offer sponsorship.
