Choice is seeking to recruit Income Recovery Officer(s) to manage rent collection and arrears recovery while supporting its customers to sustain their tenancies.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C to include Mathematics and English language), or equivalent.
• 1 years’ experience in office administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel, email and Word.

Desirable Skills

• A third level qualification or Educated to A ’Level standard (or equivalent)
• Good understanding of the court/legal framework in relation to debtors
