Responsibilities

• Ensuring accuracy of production data, materials planning and scheduling
• Managing ERP system integrity and improving business processes
• Overseeing inventory control and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
• Leading continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Supporting product configuration and standard costing enhancements
• Communicating schedule updates and coordinating with internal teams
• Managing a production control team focused on customer service and performance

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Proven leadership experience in a senior manufacturing role
• Strong ERP systems knowledge (Oracle preferred)
• Background in lean manufacturing (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, Kanban)
• Confident communicator with excellent planning and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
