CAMCO UK Limited is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Admin and Outreach Specialist to join our team. This dual-focused role involves managing our customer orders and providing top-notch customer service, alongside proactive outreach to nurture our existing client relationships. You'll be central to ensuring smooth operations and helping our customers succeed. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration and Order Management: Answering phone calls and managing incoming order emails. Accurately creating sales orders, pick tickets, and raising invoices using our system. Efficiently dealing with backorders and ensuring a smooth, seamless order processing flow. Customer Service and Support: Providing excellent customer service, including assistance with colour matching, pricing, and general enquiries. Offering vital back office administrative support to the sales team. Sales Outreach & Relationship Building: Proactively following up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships. Identifying and developing new sales opportunities within our current client base. Effectively utilising and maintaining our CRM system. Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a well-mannered and presented approach.
- Minuimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, particularly in roles involving customer handling and administration.
- Experience in order processing and CRM.
- Proven good track record and references.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car for commuting to our Crossgar office.
