Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Room Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our toddler room. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and possess excellent leadership skills. This role is crucial in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their safety and development while managing a team of childcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the toddler room, fostering a positive atmosphere for both children and staff.
• Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote early childhood development.
• Communicate effectively with parents.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• English & Maths GCSE pr equivalent.
• Level 3 in Childcare or Early years education.

Desirable Skills

• Safeguarding.
• First Aid.
• Some experience or qualifications in Special Educational Needs.

Work time: 4 day week - 10 hour days.
