Job description

Assisting and supporting the Cleaning and Contracts Management on site. Maintaining a Zero Harm Mindset towards Health & Safety of our teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring cleaning duties are completed according to agreed schedules. Supervising the cleaning team on a daily basis to ensure all aspects of the contracted service are delivered to our excellent standards.
• Motivating and developing the cleaning team through staff training and coaching to achieve the required standards.
• Supporting Sodexo Site Management.
• Carrying out Cleaning Audits across all areas on the site.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous cleaning experience is required.

Desirable Skills

• Previous Supervisory experience of a team would be advantageous, but full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate
