Batch Operator - Ballymena. Are you experienced in plant operations or looking to develop a career in the concrete production industry? This is a great opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer as a Batching Plant Operator. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality concrete while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards. Responsibilities

• Operating the concrete batching plant efficiently and in line with company procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and secure working environment, including plant, buildings, and equipment.
• Monitoring and recording materials and stock data accurately.
• Carrying out all necessary technical testing related to concrete production within required standards and timeframes.
• Supporting the Quality Manager with other reasonable duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience or knowledge of concrete production, plant operations, and materials is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload independently.
• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working to strict deadlines.
• Excellent IT literacy.
• A strong customer focus.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent).
