Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, managing inventory, and developing new recipes.
- Operating ovens, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and adjusting as needed.
- Monitoring the Baking process, ensuring all products meet quality standards, assessing ingredients for freshness, and discarding expired items.
- Working with ingredients, measuring and creating dry mixes and monitoring ingredient levels, placing orders for supplies, and managing inventory to minimize waste.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience in measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading dough, preparing fillings, and shaping dough.
- Baking Expertise: Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients.
- Attention to Detail: Precise measurements and careful execution of recipes are essential.
- Physical Stamina: Baking can be physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Time Management: Meeting production deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
