Production Supervisor - Magherafelt - Permanent We’re seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturer in Magherafelt. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a dedicated team, drive efficiency, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maximising output through increased efficiencies, greater utilization of people and machines and the reduction of downtime.
• Getting the best out of people and encourage excellent teamwork through leadership and example.
• Communication to both management and employees. Ensure effective handovers by communicating all issues to other shifts/operators/team leaders.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed on the shift e.g. Adherence to SOP’s, Handover sheets, Quality checks completed, and Data input correctly.
• Ensuring the team meet Safety regulations and leading by example.
• Reporting and providing a daily shift report of performance.
• Setting up orders in the batching plant for production - basic level of IT literacy.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Further Information

About the role: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. Training on day shift for first 2 months.
