We are looking for Customer Care Representative for our Newry office.
Responsibilities
- Maintain our current customers and support the external salesperson in their role in adding to our customers.
- Development of existing customer relationships will also be important to make sure that clients use Lektronix for all their spares and repairs needs.
- You will deal with incoming enquiries and updating the customers with the progress of their ongoing jobs.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Fluency in both English and French.
