Job description

We are seeking Health Care Assistants to join our team. You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including older people and individuals with physical disabilities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Assist resident with personal care needs, including washing dressing & toileting.
• Support residents with mobility and repositioning.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report any changes to nurse.
• Reassure & Maintain accurate records of care.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential full training will be provided.
• Basic IT skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills

• NVQ Level 2, GCSE English, Polish, Maths & ICT.

Further Information

Salary: £25,792 per annum pro rata.
