Job description
Prepare, cook and present variety of food dishes to the highest of standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily hygiene records, deal with suppliers, order and ensure all stock is available to cook dishes on menu.
- Prepare, cook and present food to the highest of standards in accordance with food hygiene standards.
- Delegate duties to KP to ensure kitchen is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure that cooking area is always in a state of readiness and is thoroughly cleaned down at the end of each shift.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Food Hygiene cert.
- At least 5 years chef experience in a busy kitchen environment.
- Ability to devise new menu ideas.
