Job description

Prepare, cook and present variety of food dishes to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily hygiene records, deal with suppliers, order and ensure all stock is available to cook dishes on menu.
  • Prepare, cook and present food to the highest of standards in accordance with food hygiene standards.
  • Delegate duties to KP to ensure kitchen is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ensure that cooking area is always in a state of readiness and is thoroughly cleaned down at the end of each shift.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Food Hygiene cert.
  • At least 5 years chef experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Ability to devise new menu ideas.
