Job description

Our client in Kells are seeking Production Operatives to join their team. Ensuring that all production procedures and processes are followed in detail.

Responsibilities

• Sewing down material.
• Fabric inspection - to examine fabric, mark faults, pass/fail.
• Ensuring that all production procedures and processes are followed in detail.
• Complete and thorough adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Competently performing all tasks for which training has been completed and signed off.
• Strict adherence to Health & Safety rules and procedures, including PPE.
• Operating textile processing machinery.
• Occasional Use of Forklift.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Capable of working independently but also within a team.
• Experience using a Forklift.
• Valid Forklift Licence.
