Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and achieve. We have a new opportunity for a Despatch Operative within our Randox Health despatch team. What does this team do? This team is mainly responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods within our organisation and externally to our customers and third parties. What does this role involve? This role will focus on packaging, scheduling and routing our Healthcare tests to assigned customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely operations within this department. Key duties listed below.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate despatch records and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Despatching orders accurately and on time.
• Efficiently packing kits to meet our high standards.
• Collaborating closely with departments including Customer Support, IT, Stores, Packing, and Logistics.
• Ensuring accurate processing and packaging of customer orders, making sure the final product meets the required standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Be qualified to at least GCSE level (or equivalent).
• The right to work in the UK.
• Basic computer skills.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role

Further Information

Location: Randox Science Park, 30 Randalstown Road, Antrim, BT41 4FL. Working Hours/Shifts: 8.40am to 5.20pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required.
