Job description

Are you organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced and growing eCommerce fulfilment team? We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Operative to join our operation and help ensure every order leaves the warehouse accurately, on time, and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfilment & Inventory Control Accurately picking, packing, and labelling customer orders to meet quality standards Preparing, dispatching, and tracking parcels in line with delivery schedules Handling returns efficiently, restocking items, and updating stock records Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and assisting with full stocktakes Maintaining an organised inventory system and ensuring products are stored safely and logically Warehouse Operations & Equipment Care Operating basic warehouse equipment (trolleys, pallet trucks, scanners, printers, etc.) safely and responsibly Ensuring goods are received, checked, and stored correctly upon delivery Facing off boxes, pallets, and shelving for neat presentation and efficient use of space Reporting damages, discrepancies, or stock issues promptly to supervisors Assisting with warehouse layout optimisation to improve workflow and efficiency Health, Safety & Compliance Following all company health & safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling practices Keeping work areas, aisles, and stations clean, tidy, and hazard-free Supporting equipment maintenance and reporting faults where necessary Contributing to a safe and secure working environment by following site security procedures Teamwork & Support Assisting colleagues with ad-hoc warehouse duties and team projects as required Helping with order queries and liaising with the customer service team where necessary Supporting the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and systems. No previous warehouse experience? No problem. You’ll receive full training on warehouse systems, health & safety, and role-specific duties. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn.

  • Physically able to work on your feet and lift parcels (within safe limits)
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a busy warehouse environment
