Our client, Crust and Crumb Breads Ltd is based in the Carn Industrial Estate, Craigavon, specialising in the production of high-volume quality frozen and chilled bakery products for leading retailers and manufacturing customers. We are seeking Production Operatives to join their team. Work on a range of machines to produce product as required.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of machines to produce product as required.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and housekeeping of working area and machinery.
• Responsible for the quality of the product produced.
• Assist in any production duties as requested.
• Assist in any cleaning duties as requested.
• Work at a sufficient rate to meet the day’s production requirements to operational specification and producing goods to the required quality standards.
• Adhere to the factory hygiene requirements at all times whilst carrying out duties.
• Co-operate in one’s own personal training and development programme in accordance with the Company’s Training Policy and Procedure.
• Assisting in the training and development of fellow employees when required.
• To promote and maintain the Company Equal Opportunity Policy to ensure a neutral and harmonious working environment.
• To carry out all duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and fellow employees.
• Any other duties as dictated by the Production Supervisor/Team Leader or any other member of Management.

Essential Skills

• None required.

Desirable Skills

• Previous production experience desirable.

Further Information

Work Time: Rotational shifts (Days or Nights) 5am - 5pm, 5pm - 5am (5 days one week, 2 days the next). Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday. Industrial Temps is an equal opportunities employer.
