Service Administrator


Job description

We’re looking for Service Administrators to join our Supported Living teams across Northern Ireland. About the Role: At Positive Futures, we support people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. As a Service Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Service Manager in the delivery of a high-quality Service.
  • Provide administrative support in the Service for the recruitment, induction and training processes for new staff.
  • Maintain effective communication systems, including record.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 3 GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent) which must include Maths and English.
  • Minimum OCR RSA Word processing Stage 2 (or equivalent) OR typing speed of 50-55 wpm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 2 years office experience, of which at least 12 months experience of managing the administration in a busy office. (NB a typing test will form part of the selection process).

Two Posts Available: Magherafelt (based in Cookstown office) 18.75 hrs/week (part-time) Ormiston (based in Belfast office) 23 hrs/week (part-time)
