Scheme Coordinator
Job description
The post holder will provide day to day support to the tenants of this Sheltered Living Scheme to help them live independently. They will liaise directly with the tenants, their relatives and Health and Social Services, whilst managing the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- One year’s recent experience providing professional and paid support/care services.
- Demonstrable IT skills.
- Good communication skills
- Admin experience.
- Ability to collate and organise records.
Desirable Skills
- CLAIT or equivalent; Administration; Qualification in Housing or Support/Care.
- Recent experience providing care/support to older people who have retired.
