Job description

Two Domestic Cleaning staff are required for an immediate start within Muckamore Abbey Hospital. The successful candidate must be willing to work varying shifts, Monday to Friday either 8am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm. The rate of pay for this position will be £12.21 per hour. This position is on a temporary basis, initially lasting 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• General domestic cleaning throughout the wards and communal areas.
• Brushing floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Mopping surfaces.
• Wiping down high-touch areas.
• Safely collecting and disposing of clinical and general waste.
• Preparing and sanitising patient rooms.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Willingness to complete enhanced Access NI check.

Desirable Skills

• Previous Domestic Experience is desired, but not necessary.
