As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a professional and well-organised Office Administrator to support our management and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the management team
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle email correspondence, and greet visitors
  • Manage scheduling, diaries, and coordination of appointments
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial administration
  • Support the operations team with project administration and client communications
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organised working environment

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
  • A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
