Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle email correspondence, and greet visitors
- Manage scheduling, diaries, and coordination of appointments
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial administration
- Support the operations team with project administration and client communications
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organised working environment
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
- A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving approach to work
