Job description

The post holder will provide support to the Lilie systems manager for overseeing the smooth running of the Lilie system. He/she will be required to produce predefined management reports and extract information from the Lilie computer system. The post holder will work in partnership with nursing, medical colleagues and the Belfast Trust’s IT team to review changes/required upgrades to the Lilie system. Responsibilities

• To assist the Lilie systems manager in ensuring integration of new service strategies, objectives, policies and procedures within Genito Urinary Medicine.
• To assist the Lilie system manager with the efficient and smooth running of the Lilie computer system and other IT information systems within his/her area of responsibility and participate in planned IT developments.
• To assist with the co-ordination with training on all aspects of the Lilie computer system for users as and when required.
• To retrieve information from the Lilie computer system and export into appropriate format (Excel, Word etc.) to allow analysing of data in accordance with both the Belfast Trust’s Policies and relevant legislation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administration related field AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical/Administrative role at Band 3 or equivalent.
• Or 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent higher qualification AND 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role at Band 3 or equivalent.
• Or 3 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role at Band 3 or equivalent.
