Job description

We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants across Belfast. We have morning, afternoon and evening rotas available across the city. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle. We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. Our mornings are 07:00 - 14:30, afternoons 15:00 - 18:30 and evening rotas are from 19:00 - 23:00 Any or all of these rotas may be worked. The evening rotas especially suit busy parents with no childcare through the day and students. Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided If you are interested in a role in care and making a difference in your community - then NWCare are interested in talking to you. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
• Be well organised/professional/caring.
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
• Care about the community they live in.

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Previous paid caring experience.
