Job description

The post holder will undertake administrative duties at the Outpatient Reception area which will include meeting and greeting patients/clients, use of ENCOMPASS system whilst adhering to IEAP guidance, ensuring Clinic Outcomes forms are completed and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to agreed protocols in relation to appointment booking, call handling and all other general Outpatient processes.
