Job description

In this critical Temporary role, you will be responsible for assembling orders of fresh produce according to customer specifications and efficiently loading vehicles for timely departures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customers’ orders following written or oral instruction.
• Load vehicles and assist drivers prior to departure.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience working in a team environment.
• Proven ability to prioritise work and take initiative.
• Please note this post will require applicants to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, stooping, walking, and handling mat.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, including COSHH.
• Food hygiene awareness or knowledge.
• Previous use of forklift and/or pallet trucks.
