MPA Recruitment is currently seeking Support Workers to join our growing team in the Derry/Londonderry area. This role is based in a Supported Living Setting, providing meaningful, person-centred care and support to residents in a homely environment. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal care and support in line with individual care plans
• Support residents during meal times and accurately record food and fluid intake
• Encourage and promote independence where appropriate
• Assist with mobility and physical support as needed
• Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with residents
• Ensure residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported at all times

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar care/support role
• NISCC registration or willingness to register upon offer
• Willingness to undertake training courses relevant to the role
• Ability to complete an enhanced Access NI check

Desirable Skills

• Health and Social Care qualification (e.g., Level 2 or above)
