Job description

Packing Operative with duties listed below.

Responsibilities

• Pack kindling into bags, boxes, or nets to required weights and standards.
• Ensure all packaging is neat, consistent, and retail-ready.
• Stack and palletise finished packs safely and efficiently.
• Assist with labelling, wrapping, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the packing area.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and use PPE as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Physically able and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Previous packing or warehouse experience an advantage (training provided).
