Job description

To provide housing advice and assistance to people, who often have complex needs or are facing difficult circumstances with a focus on preventing homelessness.

Responsibilities

• The main duties will comprise the integrated areas of housing advice, assistance, tenancy sustainment, homeless prevention, homeless assistance and case management etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hold a degree (Level 6) or equivalent AND a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a customer support environment.
