Explore customer needs thoroughly, and approach customers to offer assistance. Analyse prescriptions accurately and dispense lenses accordingly. Book and change customer appointments on the in-store computer systems. Provide confident and effective frame selection and styling choices. Provide professional collections that create a positive lasting impression. Carry out all basic till transactions and customer paperwork correctly. Understand and follow NHS guidelines at all times. Meet and exceed all personal and team goals. Be an ambassador for the Specsavers brand at all times.

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre-screening patients
• Providing style advice
• Fitting frames
• Taking phone calls

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• GCSE Grade C or above in Maths & English
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• It skills
• Teamwork skills

Desirable Skills

• Retail experience desired but not essential
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
