Job description

As a House Clearance Operative, you will be responsible for assisting in the clearing of properties / gardens to the highest standard. This will include removal of furniture and boxes etc and loading vans. Occasionally you will also be required to carry out garden maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Remove furniture, boxes, general clutter, carpets etc from customer properties
• Load/unload van
• Trim hedges and cut lawns
• Occasional light cleaning and dusting of furniture
• Any other tasks as directed by the site manager

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full UK drivers licence is essential
• Must have access to/own transport to and from work base in Armagh
• Able to lift heavy items consistently
