As Response Assets Officer you will oversee all operational Asset management work within your schemes and patch area. You will support, assist, scheme colleagues, housing team to deliver a customer focused service to our residents. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

• Follow our Asset Management Strategy procedures to deliver our response maintenance service.
• Action and monitor repair requests to enable all repairs to be completed within target timescales.
• Identify works required, prepare schedules and necessary business cases where necessary, issue works orders and oversee minor planned works.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Two years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/facilities/maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant construction/facilities/maintenance environment.
• Or Exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have five years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/facilities/maintenance environment should also apply.

Desirable Skills

• Professional Membership RICS, MCIOB etc.
