Job description

As a Mushroom Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting mushrooms from our growing houses, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficiency in the picking process.

Responsibilities

• Hand-pick mushrooms with care to maintain product integrity
• Sort and grade mushrooms based on size, shape, and quality
• Trim, clean, and prepare mushrooms for packaging
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area
• Meet daily picking targets and quality standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to stand and sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in mushroom picking or agricultural work
