Project Assistant - Acorn Farm


Job description

Provide administrative support for Acorn Farm Project including e-mails, phone calls and texting Acorn Farmers. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications and greet visitors.
  • Help to create and send newsletters to Acorn Farmers using Mailchimp.
  • Produce documents using, Microsoft Office applications.
  • Help with organising events for Acorn Farmers.
  • Complete procurement activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Applicants should have relevant experience in administration, office management and use of IT.
  • Experience of working with volunteers and the public is also helpful.

Desirable Skills

  • Driving licence desirable.
