Provide administrative support for Acorn Farm Project including e-mails, phone calls and texting Acorn Farmers. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications and greet visitors.
- Help to create and send newsletters to Acorn Farmers using Mailchimp.
- Produce documents using, Microsoft Office applications.
- Help with organising events for Acorn Farmers.
- Complete procurement activities.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Applicants should have relevant experience in administration, office management and use of IT.
- Experience of working with volunteers and the public is also helpful.
Desirable Skills
- Driving licence desirable.
