Responsibilities
- Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, to develop and co-ordinate care and services to ensure that they are effective and holistic.
- Role model and enable effective communication with patients and relatives to assist in their understanding of their illness, care and treatment.
- Adopt a questioning approach to existing practices and constantly seeks ways of improving care.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Registered on Part 1 (Adult) of the NMC Register.
- Provide evidence of experience as a Registered Nurse for 3 years’ with at least 2 years’ working within a Vascular Surgery environment OR acute surgical environment.
