Job description

Industrial temps are delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator to cover long-term sick, initially for 4 weeks on behalf of our Client Royal Mail in Craigavon. The candidate will be required to travel to Omagh workshop 1 day a week (transport will be provided for this). The role will mostly be IT work, filing etc. The main requirement is IT skills, they need to be knowledgeable with Excel, Word and composing/sending emails.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages, dealing with queries and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Data Entry, typing up letters, typing up reports and Creating spreadsheets
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Strong administration background
  • Proven evidence of accurate data management and integrity
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Exp. Using Excel formulas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation
