We currently have opportunities available for full time, permanent Boning Hall Operatives in our packing area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack beef and lamb products to standards defined for relevant stage in production process.
• Packing meat to customer specifications using various packaging and machinery.
• Working in a chilled environment.
• Always Following Health and Safety and hygiene procedures.
• Carry out all tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, specifically regarding health and safety and food safety.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good time keeping.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Keen and willing to learn.
• A strong team player with an eye for detail.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be given
