Business Development Executive / Graduate


Job description

As Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the management team building client relationships and driving engagement while identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You will maintain and optimise the CRM system to manage client and prospect data, ensuring data accuracy to enhance engagement.
  • You will be responsible for researching target markets and building segmented mailing lists.
  • You will support email marketing campaigns with strategic targeting and optimisation.
  • In your role, you will plan and execute engaging events to showcase the company's expertise, whilst managing logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • As Business Development Executive, you will collaborate with marketing to drive client acquisition and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • You will have a degree or similar level qualification, strong organisational and communication skills, be tech-savvy with an interest in CRM systems, a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a business development, telesales, lead generation or marketing position.
